Since the beginning of the year, a new automatic powder coating system is operating in the MIKONI factory. The launching of the new powder coating line is a stage of the complete modernization and renewal of the technological equipment.
The powder coating line includes:
1 / Pre-treatment unit with two active zones – active zone for degreasing and phosphating and active zone for rinsing
2 / Drying unit
3 / Powder application cabin for automatic and manual painting
4 / Polymerization furnace
With the new powder coating line, the production capacity and efficiency in the painting process, as well as the quality of the final product increased many times.

Also, launching the new equipment, the company opened six new jobs.
