MIKONI has launched the implementation of Project No. BG-RRP-3.008-0492 “Support for the Transition to a Circular Economy,” which is implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan with financial support of the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
The overall goal of the project is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy by introducing circular models for the use of resources and implementing climate-neutral methods and technologies for the production and consumption of the company’s products.
The implementation of the project will achieve:
– Transformation of production processes by adopting circular models to enhance resource efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
– Expansion of production capacity by implementing equipment with a wider range, higher capacity, processing speed and improved product quality.
To improve resource efficiency, a new equipment will be purchased: “Technological line for metal waste processing”.
The total budget of the project is 1 100 000 BGN, of which 50% is a grant in the amount of 550 000 BGN. The project implementation period is 18 months.
